Will RIM Show a AT&T 8900, BlackBerry Niagara 9630, BES 5.0, and an LTE BlackBerry at WES?how r this devices?

WES 2009 is coming up pretty quick. CTIA in Las Vegas begins tomorrow then WES in May. Some cool rumors came out today thanks to BGR. We do not know if any are true, but it seems reasonable that a few might.

First off, the least exciting is that an AT&T 8900 will be on display. This is the least exciting because we already saw an AT&T 8900 on accident at CES. We know it is coming soon, but I don't feel for you AT&T people because you already have the Bold.

Second on the list is the Niagara 9630. Will it be at WES? Most likely, we have the rumored release in May, which I doubt but at least a showcase for WES.

Next is BES 5.0 it is almost ready now, and it being WES the luanch would be huge there. I think that this is very likely.

Last is an LTE BlackBerry. Hmm, well this isn't a long way off, but I don't know if this will be introduced at WES. I think it may be mentioned if people ask about it, but I think that DevCon is more likely for an actual device in person.

These are just rumors so don't get too excited. What do all of you think about them?

Best Buy to Carry the Blackberry Bold Oct. 26 last

We have some great news for the U.S. finally!! The Bold is near, it is so close everyone is preparing for its arrival. BGR took a little screen shot of an RSS screen at a Best Buy that shows the inventory information about the Bold. if you notice the in stock date shows October 26 2008. This is the same week of the supposed release of the Bold in the U.S. from AT&T. Another observation that I made though(being a former Best Buy employee, forever ago) is that if you look at the status, it says deleted. From what I know about their RSS system, that means that the product in that particular window will not be available. That being said, this does not mean that Best Buy will not carry the Bold because I'm sure they will. It could just be an inventory mistake, such as the wrong sku # or something of that nature. I still have some connections at Best Buy, so I will see what is going on with that asap and get back to you.

BlackBerry Bold is Close?its true

It has been a long journey for the U.S market to recieve the BlackBerry Bold via AT&T. Although the wait is not over, it may be ending soon. AT&T may be prepping their system for the release. This speculation comes in the form of service books. The past few days, all you Bold owners on AT&T may have been recieving new service books. The new books are for Yellow Pages and AT&T Navigation; the new icons should have magically appeared or will appear soon. In my opinion it would seem that the launch is near due to this new evidence, however don't get your hopes up because of everything that has happened with its delayed launch. Let's just all sit back and wait patiently or as patiently as you can squirming around in your bed or chair.

To check your service books, go to your options, Advanced Options, the Service Book, and look for the service book of the image below.

BlackBerry Bold Dressed in White

Let me be clear about something, I stay true to my BlackBerry but I have to admit the white iPhone did look kind of sexy. That was until I got a peek at this Berry beauty. This showed up over at BGR and it's a BlackBerry Bold 9000 with a tricked out white paint job. I'll admit I am a huge fan of the Bold's battery cover but this all white style just looks too good. Apparently this was sent by RIM to York University in Canada for testing. That is where Telus and Wind to some of their work. Although it hasn't been released yet this would be a guaranteed hot seller on the BlackBerry market.

BBScreenShooter v1.65 – Bold and Storm Compatible

If you are a BlackBerry blogger, you can't live without some type of screen shooter program. For the past few months I have been using the JL_Cmdr and that has been annoying because it doesn't just save the file, it has to open it up and interrupt your screen shot photo shoot. I use to be an avid BBScreenShooter user until I got my first Bold. The issue was, it would crash and most of the time it would not even take the image shot; this happened with my Storm as well.

Well rejoice because BBScreenShooter is back and better than ever! I can finally use my Bold and Storm smoothly with it and take all those much wanted screen shots of themes and apps. This one has a few new things:

• better Bold and Storm compatibility
• progress bar (kind of pointless, but it's nice to know it's there)
• update icon (so I can constantly check to see if there is something new)

Opptronics did a great job with this, and it is still my favortie BB screen imager ever!
